lb July 11, 2006 at 11:31 pm as soon as i heard about WinFS, i was reminded of this post of yours. i read back over it now and boy is it true. not just for winFs (of which i know nothing special) but of so many doomed projects i’ve seen first hand. the point that mentioned: "involve rewriting the application or system on top of brand-new technology" that’s such a common and yet fundamental mistake. thanks for a great re-read! lb Reply ↓
