Well done – 9 out of 10.
STILL NO REFACTORING !
Every time someone from Microsoft tells me VB.NET isn’t a second class citizen, I say "what about refactoring".. even MS employees like Daniel Moth agree.. the two third party addins for refactoring are (pardon my french) total c**p – they operate in a wierd way and are very unstable and cause GPFs.
Congratulations, and many thanks.
PLEASE release Web Deployment Projects ASAP! This is an essential piece that is missing. Other than that, congrats shipping the RTM. It must be a big relief to a lot of people.
*Throws out his 2005 IDE*
Thank you especially for the multitargetting.
Congrats! This is big news! Doesn’t Microsoft want to share the news on their main web site with the world?
There actually *is* refactoring in Visual Basic (since 2005). It’s just a separate free download from DevExpress. They have released a new version for 2008 so you may want to try it: http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/vbasic/bb693327.aspx
we were married 21 years ago today, I’d say that’s something that is important today
